Linda Myrberg, has over 25 years experience in spa, fitness and health, she is a trained professional dancer, actress and musical performer. Mrs. Myrberg has worked in theaters, musicals, television and commercials, and was living in Copenhagen for 18 years. Nowadays, however, the home is in Sweden, more precisely Gothenburg.

Myrberg is trained as a spa manager in 2008, at the renowned consultancy Raison d'Etre in Stockholm, and is one of the leading spa consultants in Scandinavia. She has worked with additionals Scandinavian spas; The Thief, Selma Spa, Stenungsbaden, Skodsborg Kurhotell and Yasuragi Hasseludden, among others.

Linda and her team offers spa concept design, developments of signature treatments and spa products, as well as helding in staff training in these areas.

Her specialty is sauna rituals and Linda have created the world's first sauna ritual with full education - Saunachill.

Saunachill is available at spas in France, Denmark, Sweden and Norway.
She was placed as number 5 in the world in the "Sauna World Cup Show" in 2012 and organizes the Swedish championship in “Aufguss”.

Holistic knowledge and nutrion
Linda has extensive training as an acupuncturist in Chinese medicine TCM
(4 1/2 years), auricular acupuncture and nutrition. She lectures in the power of thought and holistic health philosophy, and arranges holistic anti-aging retreat and events.

Training & Treatment
The past four years, Linda has been running summer training camps in Marstrand, which helps summer guests to stay in shape and created activity for the kids during the holidays. She teaches "Beach Boot Camp" and "Family Function" (two's of her own functional exercise program). As well as circuit training, TRX, yoga, children's dance, Teenz, dance / funk and Latin moves.

In addition to running her own summer clinic, Nordic Beauty Clinic, at Båtellet/ Marstrand. There you can try her other proprietary treatments; De-stress or Detox, which is a combination of massage, acupressure, acupuncture and aromatherapy.

Her many years of background in theater, dance and spa industry has given her a broad range of skills and understanding of the body's needs, health and wellness. This has also meant that she had over the years gained wide experience in teaching, coaching and provide other insights into how best to create a life full of health and wellness from a holistic perspective.

Her mission is to show how sauna, fitness, food and thoughts can give your body great anti age effect and vitality and retains the energy for life.
